Nano Dimension appoints interim CEO

Nano Dimension has appointed Moshe Rozenbaum as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

In a press release, Nano said Rozenbaum will work with the Board and leadership team to support business continuity while its evaluates strategic priorities and opportunities moving forward.

This marks Rozenbaum's second term at the company having previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development where he led strategic initiatives and investor engagement. According to LinkedIn, Rozenbaum held the position from May 2023 to May 2025 during the height of Nano Dimension's storied M&A activity, which led to the eventual acquisitions of Desktop Metal and Markforged. Rozenbaum is said to possess a strong background in corporate strategy, governance, capital allocation, and shareholder engagement. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of Lifeward Ltd.

Rozenbaum, commented, “I appreciate the Board’s confidence and am honored to serve as Interim CEO of Nano Dimension. I look forward to working closely with the Board, our leadership team, and employees to ensure continuity across the business. Throughout this process, we remain committed to serving our customers, partners, employees, and shareholders.”

Phillip Borenstein, Chairman of the Board, commented, “On behalf of myself and the entire Board of Directors, we are pleased to appoint Moshe as Interim CEO. Moshe brings a strong combination of Company knowledge, financial expertise and public company leadership experience, and we are confident he is well positioned to lead Nano Dimension during this transition. We look forward to working closely with Moshe and the management team as we evaluate the Company's strategic priorities and opportunities, with a continued focus on maximizing long-term value for all shareholders.”

The company has also appointed Phillip Borenstein as Chairman of the Board, which he has been a member of since December 2025. Borenstein is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Hamilton Equity Partners LLC and founder and partner of Hamilton EQ Management LLC, where he oversees mergers and acquisitions and portfolio management.

Last month, the company announced plans to pivot away from additive manufacturing and into AI health diagnostics in a proposed merger with Infinite Epigenetics. It follows divestures in many of its 3D printing investments, with Desktop Metal filing for bankruptcy, and FabricaMarkforged, and its Additively Manufactured Electronics business, all being sold off in the last 12 months.
