Quickparts has invested 6 million USD in its Seattle Aerospace & Defense Center of Excellence and will install 12 Stratasys NEO SLA systems across facilities in the United States, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

It represents Quickparts' second major capacity investment in 18 months as the company works to enhance its additive manufacturing capability and service to the aerospace and defence sectors.

The deployment modernises the company’s production fleet across all four sites, the latest in a series of milestones over the past year that included the November 2025 Seattle expansion and the February 2026 launch of its DuraKor and ThermaKor high-performance materials.

Quickparts says the capital is aimed at America’s 'highest-stakes production programmes', including the national security space architecture being built at record pace and defence programmes where a supplier’s ability to deliver on schedule is treated as a strategic asset in its own right.

“Reshoring and industrial resilience are usually discussed as policy. We're treating them as a balance-sheet decision,” said Avi Reichental, CEO of Quickparts. “Anyone can buy the same machine we just bought. What they can’t buy quickly is a qualified capability delivering to the same standard across four countries, at a scale that took us years to build. That’s the difference between renting machine time and owning a position in this market that’s genuinely hard to take away, and it’s the business we’ve built.”

The new systems increase Quickparts’ large-format throughput by 40 per cent and retire earlier-generation machines, standardising production across the US and Europe. Deployment began in August 2026 and will be completed across all sites by October 2026.

Quickparts says parts qualified in Seattle will now be able to be built to an identical standard in France, Italy, or the UK, giving customers a hedge against tariffs, export control shifts, and regional disruption, without requalifying a new supplier each time conditions change. It reflects a consistent strategy: as space and defence budgets scale, the manufacturing base underneath them must scale faster, not alongside and not after.
