Airbus qualifies ROBOZE ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED 3D printing platform for secondary structural parts

ROBOZE's ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED 3D printing platform has been qualified by Airbus for the production of flight-ready secondary structural parts using ULTEM 9085 filament.

The combination of the ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED and ULTEM 9085 has met Airbus requirements for mechanical performance, flame retardancy, repeatability, process control, and traceability without requiring dedicated material formulations.

This qualification validates the ROBOZE manufacturing process, thermal management architecture, and production controls, ensuring that components produced on ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED Mission Ready systems can achieve consistent and repeatable performance across distributed manufacturing environments worldwide.

Following the qualification, ROBOZE says Airbus will benefit from a simplified supply chain, with significant reductions across procurement complexity, inventory management, and material qualification barriers.

Additional ROBOZE materials are now moving through qualification programs for future aerospace applications.
